Unopened, sealed product returned within 30 days are eligible for a full refund guaranteed.

Opened or used product are not covered under the guarantee under any circumstances.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Why We Cannot Accept Opened Products

For the health, safety, and hygiene of every customer, we are strictly unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any product that has been opened — regardless of how much of the product has been used or the reason for the request.

This applies without exception. Opened products will not be eligible for a return, refund, or store credit under any circumstances.


How to Start a Return

If your unopened product meets the eligibility requirements above, here is how to get the process started:

  2. Wait for return authorisation. Do not send anything back before hearing from us — unreturned items sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.
  3. Ship the item back in its original sealed condition using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.
  4. Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your return is the result of an error on our part — such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details. We will make it right at no cost to you — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.


What Is Not Covered

To be completely transparent, the following are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken for any reason
  • Requests made after the 30-day window from the date of purchase
  • Products that show signs of tampering, damage caused after delivery, or are missing original packaging
  • Change of mind after a product has been opened
